PanaPlus Prosthetics Programme launched
To celebrate Panadent’s new PanaPlus Prosthetics Programme, Jan Schunemann ran his course on the programme to a full crowd at Panadent’s in house training laboratory. PanaPlus offers the private prosthedontist the ultimate high quality denture using a combination of Vita Physiodens Teeth and Castdon cold cure acrylic within a fully customised programme.
Above all, PanaPlus provides the user with speed, choice and form giving opalescence, luminescence and balanced translucency. The system follows a natural progression starting with the VITA 3D Shade Guide or digital shade taking with VITA’s Easyshade. Easy tooth mould selection uses Dr Morganstein’s Matrix to match the shape of the face from 3 dimensions. Life like teeth from VITA’s Physiodens, Lingoform posterior and VITA’s Vitapan teeth. The set up uses Panadent’s new A7 or A7 Plus articulator and internal colouring is carried out using Caston Denture Acrylic System - to culminate in incredibly life-like teeth just as nature intended.

VIZILITE Plus launched in the UK by Panadent
The oral cancer screening system. This system really can save lives and it makes the legal obligation every dentist in the UK to screen for oral cancer, that much more efficient and accurate.
Available in simple, easy to use, disposable kits, the system utilises chemiluminescent technology to help identify early epithelial changes that could be precancerous.
By identifying oral abnormalities in patients at increased risk of oral cancer, the patient can be referred immediately and confidently for further treatment. And by using a unique ‘TBlue’ marker system, precision is guaranteed in marking and documenting lesions.
Panadent believe that ViziLite Plus will quickly become a critical element of the dental surgeon’s preventative practice, contributing to the accepted fact that better screening really does save lives.
ViziLite Plus was launched with a 40 unit multi-pack, with other sizes coming on stream later in the year. For further information, go to the link below:

Vita’s new Bleached Shade Guide launched
VITA’s new Bleached guide 3D-MASTER is an invaluable tool for the dentist enabling planning and control of the tooth lightening process - a highly topical subject.
The system follows the logic of the already well-established VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER with the addition of a further parameter – lightness – represented in intermediate stages (half lightness levels). The chroma increases with decreasing lightness in a similar way to the natural tooth. This is likewise reflected in the half lightness levels. The hue corresponds to the medium group M of the VITA Toothguide 3D-MASTER.
An ideal tool for the dentist and technician, particularly for those providing a bleaching service. To view the new guide, click on the link below:

The dedicated website for Cerec and Inlab users, enables users to purchase blocs and accessories over the web at any time of the day (or night!) and with next working day delivery, it means quality VITA products at the click of a button!
Vita was the first company in the world to develop fine particle size ceramic and compress it into blocks. Their aggressive development programme has produced a range of the world’s finest ceramic blocs available today - and now for UK and EU CEREC and InLab users, blocs can be purchased online.
